Your work, connected.

Current features · 0.1.207 · October 25, 2026.

Core workspace

Available without enabling an optional module.

01

Projects & tasks

Board and list views, owners, priorities, due dates, subtasks, checklists, dependencies, recurring tasks, templates, and saved views. Archive and restore work or use bulk actions.

02

Backlog, iterations & milestones

Prioritize a dedicated backlog, plan optional iterations, carry unfinished work forward, and track milestone requirements, reached dates, phases, and dependencies on a timeline.

03

Requests & task rules

Capture requests with attachments, share triage decisions, and create linked backlog tasks. Rules can assign teammates, update status or priority, and add labels when matching work changes.

04

Conversations & Inbox

Organization and team channels, direct messages, replies, mentions, shared files, and message-to-task links. Write Markdown and highlighted code, preview formatting, and edit your messages.

05

Meetings & screen sharing

Direct calls and group meetings with voice, video, screen sharing, and shared annotations. Check devices, use noise cancellation or background blur, and keep calls in a separate window.

06

Transcripts, notes & captions

With participant consent, use self-hosted or cloud transcription. Save notes and transcript history. Optional cloud AI adds draft summaries after meetings and captions in each participant’s chosen language.

07

Knowledge & files

Project documents, decisions, linked tasks and conversations, shared files, backlinks, revision comparison, and restore. Keep supporting resources attached to the work.

08

GitHub & GitLab

Connect your own account, browse repositories, review diffs, comment inline, request reviewers, review and merge permitted pull requests, and turn issues into linked tasks.

09

Incident response

Declare incidents or connect authenticated alerts. Create a response bridge, tracking document, and tasks. Publish versioned workflows with branches, waits, and independent mitigation approval.

10

Company assistant

Chat privately with InOffice assistant, mention @assistant in a channel, or reply to its message. Use permitted workspace tools and review proposed changes, with owner-managed permissions and automation controls.

11

People & availability

People and team directories, reporting lines, status notes, working locations, time zones, and weekly workload from scheduled tasks and shared working hours. Quiet hours and Automatic Away help control attention.

12

Time & review

Task timers, automatic meeting time, manual entries, corrections, timesheet submission, and management review. Your draft time stays private until you submit it.

Five optional modules

Company owners choose what appears. All five are included in the seat price.

Customers

Manage internal records, sales opportunities, ticket owners, queues, and activity. Link existing projects and tasks. Private Portal Support lets customers follow their own tickets; staff replies stay separate from internal notes.

Email campaigns

Use the visual email editor, reusable blocks, audience selection, test sends, scheduled delivery, and delivery history. Campaigns require Customers and your own verified Resend connection. Contacts and Support requesters are not automatically subscribed.

Advanced planning

Filter Portfolio by owner, team, or project health. Inspect overdue work, blockers, milestone targets, and completed iteration results. Plan company schedules, unavailable time, weekly capacity, and proposed assignments; proposals do not change task ownership.

Finance

Track budgets, forecasts, recurring costs, due-date reminders, vendor payments, employee-paid bills, expenses with receipt uploads, and reimbursement history. Payments are recorded here and handled externally.

External collaboration

Invite project guests by email or link, with permissions and expiry. Offer conversations-only access, or share permitted tasks and requests. Publish selected task summaries, collect votes and feedback, moderate discussions, publish help articles, and offer private Support through Company Portal.

Connections & controls

Company-controlled AI

The assistant is optional and off by default. Owners connect their provider and choose allowed tools. Changes require review by default; owners can enable selected automatic actions. Provider charges and data policies apply.

Consent-based meeting tools

Transcription requires participant agreement and a configured speech service. AI summaries and translated captions require a separate cloud assistant connection and can incur provider charges. AI notes do not automatically create tasks.

Human approval for mitigation

Incident integrations and provider execution require configuration. An independent person approves mitigation. AI investigation can draft a plan or, when requested, a separate code-fix pull request; it does not approve, merge, or deploy that fix.

Windows, browser & Android

Use the browser workspace or Windows app. The Android preview provides the workspace and phone notifications. Download the current builds from Home.

Keep the right access

Google sign-in, organization roles, project permissions, guest expiry, and owner-managed features control access. Guest conversations and public Portal content stay separate from internal work.
