InOffice Cloud is $5 USD per seat/month, billed monthly in advance. Available to organizations with a United States billing address only. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

How do purchased seats work?

The organization owner chooses how many seats to purchase. Each enabled member uses one seat, including the owner. Unused seats remain billed. Pending invitations don't reserve seats; if capacity is full, the owner must add seats before another employee can join.

What happens when the team changes?

Adding or removing members does not change your bill. Owners can explicitly adjust purchased capacity, with prorated credits or charges on the next invoice. Capacity cannot be reduced below the number of enabled members.

Can we cancel?

The organization owner can cancel through Manage billing in the Billing view, opened from the organization menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Do optional features cost extra?

No. The core workspace, Customers, Email campaigns, Advanced planning, Finance, and External collaboration are all included in InOffice Cloud’s $5 USD per seat/month. Enabling a module does not change your subscription price. Taxes and purchased seat capacity still apply.

What does a new company start with?

Projects, tasks, conversations, calls, knowledge pages, people, and time tracking. The five optional modules start off. Your organization owner can enable them during company setup or later in Organization Settings.

Can we turn a module off later?

Yes. Turning a module off hides its tools and preserves its data for when you enable it again. Turning off External collaboration also pauses public portal and project guest access. These choices do not change your bill.
